CARS is staffed by physicians experienced in the care of individuals engaged in opioid substitution therapy; nurses trained in medicating and observation of opioid dependent individuals, and chemical dependency counselors licensed by the State of Texas to deliver substance abuse services. Our staff are carefully selected and trained in the importance of providing services in a manner free of the bias and prejudice frequently encountered by the opioid dependent population.
