Communicare is the community mental health center serving the Northern Central counties of Mississippi, including Calhoun, Lafayette, Marshall, Panola, Tate, and Yalobusha. In addition to outpatient offices in each county served, Communicare operates a group home for women who have serious mental illness and a residential substance abuse treatment center, and provides school based services in several public educational systems. Communicare's service philosophy is to provide high-quality clinical services to meet the specific needs of each individual. The Haven House is a residential alcohol and drug rehabilitation center that specializes in approaching dual diagnoses with holistic and evidenced based methods. We believe in the Twelve Steps, offering twelve step meetings twice a day for all clients. We also use yoga, meditation, nature, art, and music as doors to healing the pain inside and introducing new ways to accept life's challenges. We accept most major insurances and for those without insurance we offer a sliding scale fee. We believe that everyone deserves high quality treatment at an affordable cost.
