Upon arrival at the Coastside Mental Health, clients/patients will be supplied a telephone number so they can check in remotely. -- Staff will check-in or enroll over the telephone. Coastside Mental Health clients will be supplied with call-in information to talk with their service provider either via phone or video-conference. -- Coastside Mental Health staff are available to help the patients and clients in getting on their telehealth platform. Coastside Mental Health will even continue to utilize telehealth and phones for substance abuse groups. -- Coastside Mental Health will offer onsite injections, but patients may utilize the remote platform to check in and await directions. -- Coastside Mental Health staff will remain in touch with all customers via the use of telehealth and phones to supply services in precisely the same manner that case management services at the facility are now being supplied. The sole face-to-face client care will be to provide the shots by the facility's physicians one time each week.
