Upon arrival at the Bridgeway Center Inc, clients/patients will be supplied a telephone number so they can check in remotely. -- Staff will check-in or enroll over the telephone. Bridgeway Center Inc clients will be supplied with call-in information to talk with their service provider either via phone or video-conference. -- Bridgeway Center Inc staff are available to help the patients and clients in getting on their telehealth platform. Bridgeway Center Inc will even continue to utilize telehealth and phones for substance abuse groups. -- Bridgeway Center Inc will offer onsite injections, but patients may utilize the remote platform to check in and await directions. -- Bridgeway Center Inc staff will remain in touch with all customers via the use of telehealth and phones to supply services in precisely the same manner that case management services at the facility are now being supplied. The sole face-to-face client care will be to provide the shots by the facility's physicians one time each week.
