Black Family and Child Services of Arizona (BFCS) is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) community-based social service agency in metropolitan Phoenix. Serving children and families of all ethnic backgrounds since 1984, BFCS is licensed by the State of Arizona to provide Behavioral Health Services and the agency holds a Child Welfare Placing License to provide adoption and foster care services. Black Family and Child Services is committed to ensuring that high quality, appropriate care and services are provided to our client population through the continuous activities and operation of its Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QA/I).
