CAT 5/Substance Abuse Services has made a name for itself by dedicating its addiction services to the individuals who struggle with alcohol and drug use disorders in Charles Town and within the surrounding neighborhoods.

Additionally, CAT 5/Substance Abuse Services has programs such as inpatient treatment facilities, outpatient day treatment, long term drug rehab centers, inpatient detox programs, short term rehab programs for verifiable addictions to alcohol and drugs. The addiction treatment program uses treatment modalities that can provide lasting and permanent stability to any person with a drug and alcohol abuse problem. Finally, CAT 5/Substance Abuse Services accepts individuals with different kinds of payment methods - including cash or self-payment, private health insurance, payment assistance, medicaid, medicare, state education funds, state corrections or juvenile justice funds and others.
