Transformation House I is dedicated to assisting the community of Ham Lake, MN. and the surrounding areas to getting their life back after struggling with substance abuse. Because of this, Transformation House I accommodates a wide collection of services in line with their belief of treatments that work - including inpatient detoxification programs, long term drug and alcohol rehab facilities, outpatient counseling, inpatient addiction treatment programs, short term drug and alcohol rehab centers and others.
