Sobriety House, Inc. is a non-profit drug and alcohol treatment center dedicated to offering affordable, effective services with an extensive continuum of care to support clients in lifelong sobriety. Sobriety House treats adult substance abusers in a homelike setting and is located in the Denver metro area. The program offers a continuum of care including both residential and outpatient treatment services. Sobriety House is Colorado's oldest substance abuse program. It is state licensed with a strong focus on 12-step recovery. We also offer several other evidence based programs including; solution focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, relapse prevention, seeking safety and 12 step facilitation. All of Sobriety House's six facilities are located in central Denver, Colorado. Men and women live in separate facilities. Sobriety House's 28- day intensive residential program is located at our main campus located at 121 Acoma Street in Denver. The main campus consists of three Victorian homes. Typically, clients have a roommate. However, we do offer some private rooms. Sobriety House offers 3 phases of Treatment: Phase I is a 28-day intensive residential program. This program is an intensive treatment program intended for those with severe addictions and/or little prior rehabilitation experience. Our Phase II is a 30-120-day structured, supportive program where clients obtain full-time employment during the day and attend treatment activities during the evenings. Phase III - Independent Living - Graduates of our residential programs can apply to live in one of our furnished, minimal rent apartments for up to 9 months. Residents are required to maintain their sobriety and are expected to actively participate in an aftercare program.
